RIDGID stands behind the quality of our professional-grade tools and offers a straightforward return process for items purchased directly from our store within 90 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping markings.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
